one of my favorite books of all time 🫶 I recommend to many of my loved ones, and purchase as gifts for people. I admire how adrienne marie brown includes + assigns “homework” and guides the reader through exercises to put the theories into practice. her voice is welcoming and encouraging, and aspirational towards a life where all can thrive. she writes about how we can orient our lives around pleasure, and even organize around it.
